Hi,

I'm building a Wireless Lan and want to build an accespoint which can connect to the internet via directional antennas while operating as an access point itself.
I thought about the DIR-825 and use 5ghz to connect the ap to the "station" while offering a 2.5 ghz ap.

Is it a good idea / is it possible with that router and DD-WRT?

Thanks in advance

I just found a thread where this is discussed and now know, it can work.
I also read I can use a default router to be client and AP at the same time with halfed bandwidth and same channel networks.
Is there a router with 2 x 2.4GHZ radios?
