Is there a reason why since revision 20086 there isn't a "big-nv60k" build?

Yes, because the big and mega builds have outgrown an 8MB flash, which is what your unit has.

Is it possible to have a build with support for ext2/ext3 filesystem?

Revision 20675 brings back "big-nv60k" and "mega-nv60k" builds.
I really appreciate this.

Nope, but now I see I spoke too early: http://svn.dd-wrt.com:8000/ticket/2812.

Additional info: maximum kernel + filesystem image size (for 8 MB flash devices) should be around 8.060.928 Bytes, but the "big-nv60k" build is 8.123.392 Bytes.
Hence it needs to be stripped down of about 100 KB (maybe removing kaid...).

Or those hotspot things.. there should be a build without hotspots/sip proxy im sure at least half the users never use them.

Yes, maybe it could be enough to remove just one out four hotspot systems (or as you said the sip proxy things).

The new "big-nv60k" build is 7.840.768 Bytes, so it should be ok now.
