Hi,

I upgraded the firmware to 20453 and the 3G USB data card (BEETEL, MF190) works like a charm. Thanks to everyone for the valuable information in this forum.

However, Tata Docomo Photon 3G data card (MF190 printed on it) with the following information is not recognized by the router (N13U V1)

T: Bus=01 Lev=01 Prnt=01 Port=00 Cnt=01 Dev#= 2 Spd=480 MxCh= 0
D: Ver= 2.00 Cls=00(>ifc ) Sub=00 Prot=00 MxPS=64 #Cfgs= 1
P: Vendor=19d2 ProdID=0154 Rev= 0.00
S: Manufacturer=ZTE,Incorporated
S: Product=ZTE WCDMA Technologies MSM
S: SerialNumber=MF6310ZTED010000
C:* #Ifs= 1 Cfg#= 1 Atr=c0 MxPwr=500mA
I:* If#= 0 Alt= 0 #EPs= 2 Cls=08(stor.) Sub=06 Prot=50 Driver=(none)
E: Ad=01(O) Atr=02(Bulk) MxPS= 512 Ivl=0ms
E: Ad=81(I) Atr=02(Bulk) MxPS= 512 Ivl=0ms

usb_modeswitch did not completed successfully.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Thanks for your quick reply.

I have upgraded the firmware to 20675.

Now, the cat /proc/bus/usb/devices returns the following message and no connection to the internet.

The usb id after modeswitch is a new one, I will add it for support in upcoming dd-wrt firmware.

Thanks.

BTW, I am not able to upgrade firmware to 21061 or beyond. The message says the FW is updated. But it stays same.

Any thoughts?

r21061 should fit in the flash but all others thereafter are too big.
