I am two DD-WRT compatible small business routers, my situation is as follows i have 2 T1 lines and need to limit bandwidth per mac/ip address as each line is only 3Mbit/s.

1st line and 20 users over Ethernet and 4 on WiFi heavy email sent and file upload

2nd line 35 users general browsing over WiFi 4 computers on Ethernet.

Currently on 1st line i use Buffalo N600 router, which gives me a lot of problems, connection going down randomly have to be rebooted once a week to avoid issues.

In the past i had DSL with Motorola Netopia 3347 business modem/router and had no issues like this, however cannot use it for T1, i need something equivalent or better that still support DD-WRT

Try an ASUS RT-N66U. Works perfectly if you run Build 22118 K3.x BIG. Get two and put both those build's and you'll never regret it.
