I am trying to access 'BT Openzone' via DDwrt router (via Client Mode). I somehow am able to get WAN IP successfully, but am unable to get splash page to login. Following are my settings:

Code:
My Router IP : 192.168.2.1
Subnet Mask : 255.255.255.0
Gateway : 0.0.0.0
Local DNS : 0.0.0.0
DHCP Server : ON

I am getting WAN IP (in router WAN as follows:

Code:
IP Address : 10.243.247.58
Subnet Mask : 255.255.255.248
Gateway : 10.243.247.57
DNS1 : 192.168.22.22
DNS2 : 192.168.22.23

These are my wireless Settings:

Code:
Wireless Mode : Client
Wireless Network Mode : Mixed
SSID : BTFON
ACK Timing : 2000
Network Configuration : Bridged
Security Mode :Disabled

The problem is that I am unable to log onto the splash page! I've tried with SPI firewall off, Adhoc mode, and so many settings, but to no avail!

But, if I connect it via laptop, following are the settings:

Code:
IP Address : 10.243.247.59
Subnet Mask : 255.255.255.248
Gateway : 10.243.247.57
DHCP Server : 10.243.247.57
DNS1 : 192.168.22.22
DNS2 : 192.168.22.23

That BT splash page comes out. What seems to be the problem?

Same setup and same issue for me here. If someone has solved it I am interested.

I am next to a btopenzone hotspot. Using a ddwrt box in client mode. It connects fine to the hotspot. I can see an IP on my WAN.

However when I try to get the splash BT page it does forward my browser link to https://www.btopenzone.com:8443 but it comes with "Server not found".

found a solution using openwrt. You have to disable rebind protection in dhcp. Not sure how that works with ddwrt.
