What's the story with the WRT54GS v7?

I haven't heard any updates in a while about dd-wrt for this version, so I just thought I'd ask again.

I was under the impression that the GS v7 has will be supported when the G v8 is since they are so similar.

That seems to only reference the G7 not the GS7.

the gs is identical to the g model. the problem with the v7 is not the chipset.
