Hi all

Sorry in advance for this post, but I am getting desperate. I figured if you people can compile things that work, you may be able to help me.

I need to get a tftpd service working on a K26 boradcomm build for a Netgear WNR3500L and an Cisco E3000.

I am trying to achieve this by recompiling dnsmasq without the NO_TFTP option

I have run into some issues with file IO.

Simply put fread and fprintf works, but read and stat do not work.

I can also fdopen using the file descriptor from an open command and fread that way.

http://www.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=144727 covers my problem in some more detail

I can speak enough c to get a taxi from the airport to the hotel, order a meal and a drink, and negotiate a slightly better rate from a local hooker, if you get my drift. I do not speak c like a native. (when I did it was 28 years ago on Z80 running CPM !)

As some of you have got this cross compilation thing working, and know whats going on with the kernel, I would love some help with getting this functionality working for me.

I am willing to pay something for this service.

Any help would be appreaciated.

Thanks all in advance and apologies once again for posting outside of topic.
