When I run the install script, I get this :

I made it so /opt goes to /jffs/opt. It writes files into there, all the directorys are there. I don't get what's not working. Sad

seems you mount it incorrectly and/or you have mounted a non-linux-native filesystem (such as fat/fat32/ntfs).

and i advice you do it with a 8MB flash unit. or with usb mass storage support, or mount some external network share onto /opt. If you are trying with a 1.X MB (or even 0.X MB jffs partition, you are probably be out of space.
