Hello all,
i'm trying to get nocatsplash working, and i have a question. I understand i can put the splash page on an external server, and on the splash page i need to put code like this:

i assume this has to be to the local address of the router - because the router needs to make sure the user hasn't seen the splash page. As i understand it, i can't use an action on an external server. am i right?
