hi,
i have router wrt54g v5
i try to update firmware with wrt v23 sp2
now work only TFTP server
i can not reach router HTTP
i have only ping and tftp (69)
the green power led flash and my lan port and i have ping

- unplug the power .. wait 15 second then plug in again
- give your PC with the static ip (192.168.1.2) then ping the router
- try to tftp the micro version to your wrt and see how it work

the power light is blinking, is that correct?
when you say "now work only tftp" the upgrade was successful
and now you cannot open the setup page?
after the flash, did you reset the router?
press hold the reset button for 1 minute.
release reset button
powercycle
wait for the power light to go solid.
if the powerlight is still blinking. you might need to jtag it.
but if the powerlight is blinking and you can still ping it.
try to continous ping, downgrade back to v23 sp1 firmware
and do reset and powercycle.

Hi,
On my WRT54G 3.1 the power led keeps flashing.
Even a reboot on pins 15-16 on the flash chip doesn't work any more.
The last IP was 192.168.2.1 when it was working. After getting it of the shelf since days I can't reach this router any more.
Any ideas how to reach this router again? Is a JCable needed?
