I currently have 2 separate, but identical broadband connections coming into my house, both rated at 10mb/s down, 1mb/s up. I know there are ways to combine 2 broadband connections, but do not know how to do it. Question

I have a Linksys WRT54GS with DD-WRT v24 Beta (06/20/07) micro. Is there a way to set this up to accept 2 ethernet cables, coming from 2 separate cable modems, and combine the 2 connections and provide that bandwidth to 2 wireless clients? I haven't found any decent, definitive guide on how to do it with my setup, though I am sure it is out there somewhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Sure, he could do a search if he knew what to search for, but I'm sure if he knew what to search for he wouldn't be posting this message. Hopefully we can keep the forums a 'helpful' place......

Perhaps he doesn't know that this means 'Dual-WAN' or 'Round robin load equalization' (in fact, I'm not even sure that's what he needs, I'm just trying to help....)

Try this link, and let us know if it works for you!

Thank you guys for posting some useful information. Much appreciated. I just checked out those links you guys posted. I understood more of the link that Blackraven posted. I know how to edit the information which needs to be pasted into the router commands, but where I get lost is when it mentions that nvram info. Is that something else that is also supposed to be pasted into the router commands?
