Static IP and Client Mode help

Ok I get my Imternet wirelessly using Static configured wireless card. I have to type in the IP, DNS works good..But only one computer. So i got a WRT54gL flashed with DD-WRT of coarse . Can't seem to get it right..Can make it work but not as a router.
I want it to recieve internet with Static IP and be DHCP for wired and wireless clients.
I hope i explained it right. Total noob here. Thanks in advance.

I had the gateway wrong on the router, It was different than I put in computer for access
card.. Thanks again.
