Thank you for the link, but unfortunately my printer still not working. It says "Incorrect port", I did all the settings described in that post though.
Confirm if the print server exist and is running on your router by ssh/telnet to your router and type in the command ps and see if the process {p910nd} p9100d is there.
If the print server is running, double check your printer setup on your PC and check printer properties, click configure port, check Protocol (should be Raw) and Raw Settings (should be 9100).
If the print server does not exist, then you have to install the print server on your router, details can be found on: https://sites.google.com/site/wl520gu/ a link provided on the wiki you mentioned earlier. But use the following link instead to get the p910nd:
Thanks for advise, I had checked and seems that {p910nd} p9100d is running. Also netstat -na command shows that port 9100 is listening. Protocol is RAW and printer driver is updated.
Unfortunately I still cant print, every time I have the same error (screenshot attached).
Usb cable is OK, and I can print directly from PC. Removing USB HUB and connecting printer directly to the router did not help.
I tried today with my HP Laserjet 1320 on my F5D8235-4 v2 and I have no problem setting it up. Hence, I have no clue why it doesn't work with your router and printer. Do you have other printer other than Canon? If you do, try it on your router and see if it works. I search the Internet and found a few posts that people using Canon printer have similar problem as you but unfortunately they didn't mention any solution on their problem. If other printer works on your router than you can blame the Canon printer. If other printer also fails, than you may have to try other build of dd-wrt, either older or newer one.

but there is no usb folder in /dev directory, and the /jffs directory is empty.
I am very new in linux and dd-wrt, could you guys be so kind to describe step-by-step what I should do to setup my printer?
