I have a NETGEAR N750 wireless Dual Band Gigabit Router WNDR4000 I've installed the (WNDR4000 v1 Firmware - Webflash image for first installation) and the (K26 NV64 mega) for this model. I'm having trouble trying to get it to work and I've done Everything I know how to do. So at this point I'm wondering how I can reverse it back to its original GUI interface or back to before I installed the new firmware from the site.

PS: Sorry if this is the wrong forum but I've been trying to get this to work for the past month.

As to reinstalling netgear fw, I'm not sure if its the same process as the wndr3700 as it is an atheros router, but you could try searching in the atheros forum or google.

This didn't' work tried it several times. I'm trying to re-install the old factory firmware.

Ok first I'll go over my system info. I have an HP-G62 Laptop running Windows 7 Home 64 bit. The router is a Netgear WNR2000 V.3 Model. I checked for compatability in the database and it was listed as fully compatable. I grabbed three files:

I logged into the router and went to the upgrade firmware page and I selected one of the files I believe it was the WW.img file. It showed a progress bar that it was uploading the firmware. I waited several minutes and the page no longer responded and the router's power light began an endless flickering. Before doing the hard 30/30/30 reset all it did was flashed every light on and off repeatedly. After the 30/30/30 it just does this with the power indicator but it's green instead of yellow. I tried pinging it's ip address and it gives no response. I can't get into the ddwrt menu by http://192.168.... or the old netgear login url. Any suggestions?
