There's still no F/OSS wireless driver, w/o that it still has a long way to go.

I hope DD-WRT starts development after that Smile

Yes, that's already been referenced, is there something you're trying to say?

Perhaps the fact that there's been some more activity:

It's early days, it's very hard to get momentum when you're nascent project of this kind.

Just curious if anyone has donated this router yet or if BS or Kong are even interested in it enough to want one donated? I personally own both an R7000 and a WRT1900AC however the latter is still sitting in the box for obvious reasons Laughing

I'm not gonna lie, my R7000 is great but the WRT1900AC is a slick piece of hardware! Four external antennas, eSATA, multiple USB ports, internal cooling fan, and just the design in general is just stunning! Just reminds me of the good ol' days when Linksys used to make amazing products. Maybe Belkin will finally bring Linksys back from the dead after all Cool

A little off topic, but shouldn't this thread be moved to the ARM sub-forum?

Nah, then it wouldn't get any traffic seeing as how everybody pretty much hangs out in the Broadcom section these days Laughing
