you can use a cfe from a gs v5 or a gs v6. both are in this thread.

I mistakenly wiped my wholeflash without backing up... if anyone could up the WHOLEFLASH.bin for the WGR614L you would be my savior!

The 614L units are tricky due to the byte swap required and the special custom location of the mac address....send me a PM with your MAC address...I'll generate the 2 files for you to JTAG back to the unit...then you only need to tftp the firmware back on....wholeflash takes WAY too long.

This cfe.bin came from a jtag with just redboot installed on the unit. Also I would like to say I have included the board config data as well.

Here's the CFE for WRT610N v2.0 thanks to ghuru. I edited out the stock MAC Address to X's and the serial number CTG1XXXXXXXX. Just replace the 8 X's in the serial number with the last 8 of your routers serial number in a hexeditor and save it.

original, unmodified cfe with boot_wait still turned off so be careful if you are without jtag ;)

mac addr is still set to 00:14:BF:98:2A:55 if you want to change it to match the sticker on yours

CFE from My Zonet ZSR2104WE over the Web GUI.
Same FCC ID as the Sparlan WX6615GT, MXF-R930116G.
I have personally opened it up and confirmed that the CPU is is the BCM4712KPB. The switch is an ADMtek ADM6996L. There is a GLT5640L16-6TC DRAM chip.
