All,

Looking for some guidance on upgrading an E3000.

Current Firmware: v24-sp2 (5/8/11) Mega (16994)

Would like to upgrade to: dd-wrt.v24-23919_NEWD-2_K3.x_mega-e3000.bin

What would be the upgrade path? Can I just upgrade directly from 16994 to 23919?

Does this require flashing or will a simple upgrade work?

Thanks in advance.

Use test builds only if you have experience with unbricking your router. There was a safe upgrade path to test K3.x builds posted somewhere on the forum, search the archive.
