He probably didn't look to see you had only one post, we should be a little more easier on our new members, so don't worry about it and holler if you need any additional help. _________________ Want JTAG support - Donate a router

Well, easy on them yeah, but people should at least TRY the search. This is just lazy behaviour, which should not be rewarded IMO. _________________ If you use DD-WRT, you HAVE to make a donation! See this topic too: http://www.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=228
i have a wrt54gl v1.1 with DD-WRT v23 SP2 (09/15/06) on it and want to restore the original linksys firmware.
i searched the forum for restore and reversion but couldn't find anything specific for 54GL. is the tornado's stuff good for me too?
please help me.

@mandarin....For the GL model only in this thread (not the V8 model)....go to linksys web site...download the firmware for your box....and just reflash your unit with the linksys version.
Administration>>firmware update page
That's it...no other tricks needed....other than a hard reset BEFORE and AFTER a firmware update.

Looking for more test units (newer models only) for the project...got a brick?...PM me to make a hardware donation. (USA) A donation is not a debricking service....it is a way to "Give back" to the dd-wrt project.
