Directional antenna and repeater mode

Hi.
I have this routeur : WRT54GL

I'm using it as a repeater of an hotspot.

I want to know if it is possible to use one antenna to communicate with the hotspot and the other one to communicate with my stuff.

I've seen that there is a way to determine TX and RX Antenna but it seems not to be what i want.

Cause i want to use a directional antenna to communicate with the hotspot.
