Router Credentials Don't Work Anymore

I've had a re-occurring issue where my login credentials to my router fail to work after a period of time. I know that they are the correct creds - have them copied in a secure document. I'm forced to reset to factory and rebuild. Has anyone else experience this?

I know safari and it stupid automcompletion/keystore changes user/password on the Management tab. Other than that no problem is known.
