BUG: Force Reconnect is not applied on B24461 WNDR3700v4

On my Netgear WNDR 3700 V4 with DD-WRT v24-sp2 (06/23/14) std - build 24461, Force Reconnect is set to Enable with PPPoE connection type. But it's not applied as WNDR 3700 v2. The PPPoE links continued without any break at that time everyday.
