R7000 Kong seems to be missing ipkg ?

Every time i try to do a ipkg command ipkg not found. And i need ipkg to install opkg is there a guide to show my how to get ipkg to work ?

Starting with Kongs build 24500, ipkg is not used anymore. From Kongs' changlog:

ipkg is not used anymore in my builds, to install packages, make sure you have at least one partition mounted under /opt

after that logon to the router and run command "bootstrap".
