TL-WDR4300: Upgrade fails or has no effect

Hey guys,

after flashing my TP-Link TL-WDR4300 with the latest stable build (21061) I updated it to 24461 (06-23-2014) and now can’t flash anything else. I’m actually trying to go back to stock, but neither the webreverter nor any downgrade flash works, the *upgrade* either fails or is being displayed as successful but upon reboot it’s still running 24461.

I tried 30/30/30s, cleared all my caches, used a different browser, all to no avail.

Any other suggestions on what to try?

Oh, this is a known bug of 24461? Does that basically mean we have to wait for the next built, upgrade to that and then downgrade or will my router be stuck with 24461 now?
