From what I can track down there are some builds out there that have corrected the time zone bug. It was expected that the official fix is in.
However there hasn't been a new public build since the end of June. I have been unable to tell while pouring through the bugs and fixes, if there is a large item preventing a new public build or beta or whatever the proper term is for what is on the ftp site.
Has there been any talk of when the next one will be with the time zone fix included?
