Could you post the changes for this build?(the timeline is not very helpful) The last I had heard, builds were having problems with wireless.....
OP is just another member like you, changelog needs finding on your own via timeline - check OPs of other builds released

anyone upgrading from r24461 will get upgrade failed you will need to use tftp to flash this build so you can upgrade or downgrade as r24461 broke upgrading and downgrading. imo r23919 is still the build of choice atm i would try and flash that build until a more stable build gets released.
there might be a chance you can upgrade from r24461 if you reboot the router and quickly do the upgrade using IE.

My opinion: If wifi isn't working at nearly all routers, this bulid shouldn't be hosted at official download-site. Wifi is a main function of a wifi-router and should truely be available. I know that we're talking about (pre-)beta builds, but if there's no function of wifi, there should be a WARNING at the download-site, too!

For my use and setup this build not only fixed my issue with the time displayed in the router as shown in the timeline in ddwrt improvements daily I have noticed a speed increase in the gui will see if the gui dies when applying settings during the uptime for me a good release. (wireless tab is gone but i do not use the wireless radio on these known problematic models). Just received my archer c7 version 2 x2 and will try and see if the wireless tab is present on this model here's to hoping ^_^.
Update: Chrome and IE showing around 35% increase response throughout the gui so far the pros for me outweigh the cons for my use

If you can update to this version through IE and you are stuck on the june 23rd version of the firmware i would update then downgrade to 23939 if you are not using routers that was not ported to ddwrt after that build. Examples like the 1043nd v2.1 which was first introduced in build 24118 in may and in june was very unstable whereas this build if you do not use the wifi and more pron to router reliability and not crashing on you when changing and applying settings after 48 hours this would be considered an upgrade to the few such as myself ^_^.
