TL-WR740n Gets Reset automatically

hi all,

i have an weird issue, my router(wr-740n v4.23) gets reset automatically and SSID change to dd-wrtw i can not access the router via web ...

routers dhcp working fine, connectivity via Wireleass fine, ping to router ok

i can connect to router via telnet but dont know what to do next. scp is saying connection refused.

any advise
