Setting up DNS for Clients

Hi,

I have a linksys E1200 with DD-WRT DD-WRT v24-sp2 (05/27/13) mini (SVN revision 21676) installed and I seem to have a problem setting up a static DNS server.

I already checked out these links:

All my clients are receiving the router's IP address as their DNS server even after following the links above. Do I need to input additional commands? What should I do? Thank you.
