Hello. Any improve to wan - wireless speed ?
I'm using build 17990. It s stable as it can be. But download speed from wan to wireless is bad. Not over 5Mb/s. Wan to lan has full speed 10Mb/s what my isp provides.

You are using a very old version. 25179 works well on DIR-615 D versions, try that.

I want to buy a cheap router to be used as WLAN Repeater (or Repeater Bridge doesn't matter).

DIR-615 D1 sounds like a plan cause it's very cheap but I'd like to ask you, owners of DIR-615, does anyone has a working setup with D1 ?

Thanks a bunch!

edit:
I have found information about having repeater bridge work for D4, just wondering if the same is doable for D1:

Hallo,
repeater bridge with a DIR615 rev. H (dd-wrt FW r25279) and a router DIR-615 rev. B (DLink FW) works fine.

A bit confused, I assumed you guys were talking about the OLD D-Link dir-615..(Virgin OE years ago) but mine certainly doesn't have two radios? Has D-Link re-cycled the name? I flashed 23320 & was about to input the script. Regardless its a big improvement on 21061 indicating 150 mb/s in the sw.
