Help me set up a repeater in my truck!

Hey guys, I made a post about this but I think it was deleted. Hopefully I'm not breaking any rules with this question...

I've got a 12v router I have installed in my truck and I'd like to use it as a repeater for the hotspot my phone puts out.

The wifi network my phone puts out is very weak and I can barely connect to it outside of my truck.

Is there any way I can use the router I've installed in the truck to boost the wifi network signal from my phone?
