And all of this is speculation. It could be that trac registration is just broken.
Do you know who is the person in charge of trac ? Is it BS ? Did anyone try to contact him about this issue ?
If trac is actually not broken and the registration of new users is simply denied, then I would propose something to the person in charge of trac: to allow trac registration for new users only if they have a minimum number of posts on the forum (e.g. 20). But trac registration should be allowed somehow for new users, because the older ones are not always active and some of them just leave after a while to greener pastures, so to say... _________________ THERE ARE NO STRANGERS HERE; ONLY FRIENDS YOU HAVEN'T YET MET.

I can't explain why...but I'll try to contact an admin about it...no promises.

Ouch. Why hasn't this been migrated to Github or Bitbucket?
feel free to fork the project and use whatever distributed revision control/source code management tools you like
PS they probably chose to host their own instance of Apache Subversion for many historical/current reasons.
have you even read the licences for those two SaaS providers you mentioned? _________________ reenignE esreveR

perhaps in the interim you could use the "new builds" threads to report your issues/bugs.
I think the dev's keep an eye on those.
or ask anyone with trac access to report for them, im open to doing it as long as im provided as much info as possible & ill link back to the forum page thread..
im starting to think trac reg isnt broken, but disabled, as i remember a while back there was a flood of spammers then they suddenly stopped ever since, i guess brainslayer had enough which i dont blame him, but at the same time, if im correct, closing trac registration overall is hurting the project..its just the same handful of names u see reporting things _________________ LATEST FIRMWARE(S)

And how do you suggest we contact you in order to submit a bug? via PM?
On the other hand: is mantis still working / being monitored? for I see new reports, but no solutions. _________________ If you want support, please read first the announcements and forum rules.

I tried a couple of searches and didn't find the thread you mention.
Anyways, who is responsible for that page? it should be locked/removed, as is futile people still posting issues there hoping to move the project forward, and not being monitored by the devs. _________________ If you want support, please read first the announcements and forum rules.
