Concerning thread 3880 I have some remarks.
First of all I tried to understand but, sorry, I don't understand the details.
I tested some channel settings and checked with Acrylic as you recommend:
set ch11 lower -> Acrylic reports 11+7, graph 7 9 11
set ch9 upper -> Acrylic reports 9+5, graph 5 7 9
set ch13 lower -> Acrylic reports 13+9 graph 9 11 13.
The last setting is what I prefer. The neighborhood covers CHs 1 to 5.
But when I consider the attached pictures
OK, I'll explain, because those Tables produced so much confusion, that I'm fed up with it, seriously.
So, in HT40 there's the Main and the Side (Extension) Channel.
If the Side Channel is Upper, the relevant Table is:
http://svn.dd-wrt.com/attachment/ticket/3880/24ghzht40-1.png
and means:
1+Upper = 1+5 (Main=1,Side=5. Center(=Mean) frequency located at 3, frequency interval covered is 1-7)
2+Upper = 2+6 (Main=2,Side=6. Center freq. 4, frequency interval 1-8 )
3+Upper = 3+7 (Main=3,Side=7. Center freq. 5, frequency interval 1-9)
4+Upper = 4+8 (Main=4,Side=8. Center freq. 6, frequency interval 2-10)
5+Upper = 5+9 (Main=5,Side=9. Center freq. 7, frequency interval 3-11)
...
8+Upper = 8+12 (Main=8,Side=12. Center freq. 10, frequency interval 6-13)
9+Upper = 9+13 (Main=9,Side=13, Center freq. 11, frequency interval 7-13)
In the above, "Center" is obtained as the mean value of Main and Side. It doesn't mean anything else. It doesn't mean that the HT40 channel is "centered" on that channel or other misunderstandings. It is simply the mean of Main and Side. e.g.: if Main=3 and Side=7, then Center = (3+7)/2 = 5. That's all there is to it. It would probably be wiser to call it the "Mean value" and not the "Center"... it creates a lot of confusion.
Finally, if the Side Channel is Lower, the second Table is relevant:
http://svn.dd-wrt.com/attachment/ticket/3880/24ghzht40-2.png
meaning:
5+Lower = 5+1 (Main=5,Side=1. Center(=Mean)=3, interval covered 1-7
6+Lower = 6+2 (Main=6,Side=2. Center=4, frequency interval 1-8 )
7+Lower = 7+3 (Main=7,Side=3. Center=5, frequency interval 1-9)
8+Lower = 8+4 (Main=8,Side=4. Center=6, frequency interval 2-10)
...
12+Lower = 12+8 (Main=12,Side=8. Center=10, frequency interval 6-13)
13+Lower = 13+9 (Main=13,Side=9, Center=11, frequency interval 7-13)
*Note: latest build 25974 still has a partial bug for settings 8+Upper and 9+Upper. These 2 settings generate wrong channels 8+4/9+5, instead of 8+12/9+13. This bug was fixed today in 25977, so next official build will function correctly for all HT40 channels on Ralink. See more details here:

Great!
Thanks a lot KrypteX. Thats what I figured out in my "poor brain" including "...still has a partial bug for settings 8+Upper and 9+Upper...".
thx again

Firmware: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (01/20/15) std - build 25974
Kernel: Linux 3.2.66
Status: Works Fine but QoS has issues!
Reset: Just did a dir615d-ddwrt-webflash.bin from r24461 to this new firmware build then power cycled
Errors: No more RESET issue in web gui, Seems to be fixed on this release, QoS has issues!!
QoS under Services Priority
If i set my download speed to 4Mb Downlink and 1Mb uplink and i set my P2P ports to Bulk and set my HTTP/HTTPS ports to maximum, If i download a test file on HTTP it gets half of 2Mb when my P2P ports should be Bulked at 0Kbps as the maximum should get 1st priority with the full 4Mb download speed However, WRT54 Script Generator v1.02 works great! I did the samething as above! you can find it here http://www.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=241408
Netmask Priority
Works fine, Services priority would work out better as you can specify the port range.

Yes works great! Would be great if it could have a Blue light to say the WiFi is on and Red when WiFi is off. _________________ TP-Link TL-WDR3600 v1 [EU]: r36330 (07/16/18 )

On DIR-615 D2 you have the green WiFi LED, which turns off when WiFi is Off. Isn't that good enough ? _________________ THERE ARE NO STRANGERS HERE; ONLY FRIENDS YOU HAVEN'T YET MET.
