I have no idea how this has happened, Transmission i disabled both in the Web interface AND in OTRW (not even installed. However, I'm getting this garbage in my logs:

I don't want this happening again. How could the daemon even be running if it's not enabled?
Anyone have an idea as to how to create a startup script that disables this behavior?
