time to upgrade?

Hello Guys, can someone tell me if is the time to go back to ddwrt from stock tp-link wdr4900 v1? i have to open my season hill and i need to configure VLAN's. 5 month ago i had many issue with betas. whats the situation now? should i wait more? Thank You

i have tl-wdr4900 v1.3, its the best router i ever had in many areas both comparing stock vs stock & ddwrt vs ddwrt, though the reset button doesnt work on a v1.3 that most have, but works on the rare v1.0

ddwrt is good enough to flash to it, use the latest build from the link below (ftp), use NO OLDER THAN 26405, if u do all builds till 26138 have broken gui.

i cant say for vlans though (on any device), i dont use them nor really understand how it works but ive considered it for a possible setup i been thinking about, but everyday i keep putting it off..

easy to revert to stock though, with LOM's stock fw revert thread his modified file works fine, serial connection is also easy with this unit to recover bricks
