As LOM suggested with another router on the ddwrt svn you can try the following.

1.Flash to stock

2. use the flash from stock ddwrt bin and it should fit.

Flash from stock ddwrt bins from what I see are smaller than the upgrade from ddwrt bins.

Or simply use TFTP to directly flash the factory file (no need to pass through stock firmware, I guess):

Please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm not sure if flashing to stock firmware is really necessary before TFTP of factory-to-ddwrt build.

radvd has been updated to version 2.10 in 26390-26392, that might be the issue.
Is the old radvd in 26372 working properly ?

You're right, even the factory-to-ddwrt file for your EAP-3660 router is still too big (3808 kB for build 26424) to fit its 4MB flash (max 3712 kB).

Router Model: TP-Link TL-WR841ND V8.2

Status: OK
Reset: no
Errors:

1. WAN port LED not working although cable is plugged and connection is working.

2. Setting LED (with a gear symbol) off at boot time, but LED on all the time after system boot up. I think it behaves opposite as expected. (should be on at boot time, but off afterwards)

PostPosted: Mon Mar 02, 2015 15:54    Post subject: Tp_Link TL-WR741ND Ver2.0 -> Client Mode Not Working Reply with quote
I flashed this router with this new build but is not working in client mode. Router TpLink gets ip address from Main AP but doesn't have internet connection. I reverted back to 17201 which so far is the only one that works.

Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks

In this new build LAN stops working after the upgrade, i was able to revert by back setting a static IP :

192.168.1.10
255.255.255.0
192.168.1.1
