Where can I find a kernel confg for specific build ? I'm trying to configure swap memory for Netgear 3700v4 but it looks like swap is disabled in kernel..

i think there is a persistent bug after 29218. So please go back to 29218 or earlier build. This is my experience from router TP-Link WR841N. Hopefully iy fixed soon.
I would request if ftpput and ftpget be added to busybox.

I've noticed that firmware web upgrade not always come clean. I've upgraded to recent build dated 6.6.16 with hardware reset and experienced slowdowns with OpenVPN TSL key sync connection errors that I've never had before. So, I've updated again the same firmware, with hardware and software reset, and now the same config works smoothly and no errors.
So, my point is always do hardware reset before update, after update also hardware and then software reset. And if still glitchy, try again the same thing, maybe some bit was incorrectly written and second try can fix it.
Also some users report that version number is not changing, I had it once when tried to upgrade by Wifi, luckily build binaries were close by bytes and my router was not bricked, and yes version stayed the same. Since then I always plug by cable with static IP and Gateway computer connection configuration. The thing is that during update mode all DHCP settings can be dropped the same as wireless interfaces.
I guess that some users anticipate that update loads firmware into router and then router update it autonomously like iPhone do, but it's not like that. Update actually loading straight into live one by cable from your browser bit by bit and closing browser or any disconnection or interruption may cause fatal fault.
