Hi all.

I have a computer that needs to be restrained, in a domain environment.

I use a D-Link DIR-601 Hardware A1 with the latest dd-wrt firmware. I used the following http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Switch I also changed the Operation Mode as Router and using this http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Default_Configuration_Overview

I'm currently wondering if what I'm trying to do is doable. I want to use the dd-wrt as a firewall. But I want the firewalled clients to be part of the same network/subnet topology. If it is doable, can anyone direct me to the doc that will enable me to setup the proper iptables rules.

For a start I'm simply trying to acomplish this :
- Firewalled PC cannot access anything beyond the firewall
- Firewalled PC cannot access the Firewall config
- Only one specific PC outside the firewall needs to be able to RPD into the firewalled one.
- One equipment needs to be able to send tcp packet to the firewalled PC

Thats pretty much it.

I'm not asking for the solution, I'd like to learn how to do it... But please can someone guide me in the right path...

Thanks alot in advance
