I bought a bricked travle router with a battery in it for my handhelds while traveling and also to hook it up in hotels because the wifi is crappy usually.
I have my serial cable hooked up, I have tried to upload the factory firmware using a tftp server but it always stops at 76%.
If I upload amn openwrt image it says bad magic number.
I know this is not a dd-wrt supported device nor is this a dd-wrt problem but I dont know where else to ask.
I've gotten no answer on the opwnwrt forum.
I want to try to tranffer the factory fw over serial using kermit but I can never figure out the erase and cp stuff.
I can use an only calculator to figure out the byte stuff but not the rest.
Here is the printenv in case someone can help.
