Hi guys!

We are a medical start up company that tries to offer work from home positions for full time employees.

One of the things I have been tasked with is trying to get all of our networking and hardware uniform throughout, so that there is a certain predictability and ease of setup for our employees.

What we are running into is this: My director and I are all for DD-WRT and use it personally, but we want to have our employees using routers with the firmware as well.

Is there anywhere we can order routers with the firmware already pre-installed, without ordering them, shipping them to my place, installing firmware and then shipping to employees? Or any other ideas?

Basically we would like to eliminate some cost here and provide our employees with a solid work setup.

Thank you all for any advice you have!

There is this.

I thought there were more, but I am not finding them right now. Could probably get some from ebay, but then you are hoping they didn't add any kind of spyware.
