I can get the screen shot into a word file but I can't add as an attachment. Can I e-mail it to you. I'm not sure why this is such a challenge. Sorry.

Hello again,
I changed the settings as you recommended. It has slowed things down to the point that web pages won't load and I can't do anything with WIFI on my Apple Phone(if fact, I had to disable QOS to send you this message). I know that I can't have things both ways. Should I try to Raise the data downlink to where things are a little more functional? You had me do the WAN ports only. Should I do anything with the Lan ports as that is where my Access ports are connected to? Am I able to have one Guest network at full speed and another at lower speeds?
Thanks again for all of you help.
Cheers
Peter

I left the Uplink at 2957 and put the downlink to 9948128 and thingg would't work. As soon as I Disable things work fine.

its not downlink then as uve already tried basically any speeds with it, its still magically broken for whatever reason..the values i gave u are slightly under isp supposedly given speeds (this is how qos works, quickly & fairly, its needed & normal)

try again with the rates for down/up i gave u, but try port as lan & wlan (should affect lan port speed dont worry), if its still not working, then go back to wan & try hfsc + sfq

When I use the suggested settings with WAN & LAN, it seems to be working, but things are extremely slow. Especially if there is Flash required. When I did a speed test with my Internet provider it would only show Download speed of .05 MBPS and it timed out before it could preform the upload speed. If I raise the Download speed should that make things faster? Is there any way to restrict LAN only as that is where the Access Points are connected. Would I be able to restrict one wireless interface and have full speed on others?
Thanks again for all of your help! I did consult some local people in the industry about this and nobody seems to be able to figure this stuff out. that is why I have to do it myself.
Cheers

yes there is interface limiting, if qos was working but its not so its no use diving into that

turn on qos again, htb + fq_codel, port wan (it should be broken again right now) then input the following commands in ssh or telnet

nvram set console_debug=1

<enter>

startservice wshaper -f

<enter>

paste the entire results here or in a .txt file, turn off qos then reboot after

When I was at the computer today I saw where I could enable Telnet but I couldn't see where I could input the prompts that you wanted me to do. I saw where I could enable ssh but it was greyed out and wouldn't let me.I went through all of the menus and sub menus. I am sorry that this is turning out to be such a difficult task.

I can't seem to get this to work. I went into the command prompt and tried to do as you said. it will say the syntax is incorrect, not recognizable, or not recognized as internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
Again not sure what I am missing.

well qos is running & not seg faulting (crash)..do u have ANY custom speed limits set in the qos settings as of that command output?

the "htb rate Xkbit" are so low, lower than 28.8k dialup so that explains ur super slow issue..
