This is the router I have: http://i.imgur.com/DZxjOqV.jpg
It's RT2880 based, with very similar hardware to dd-wrt compatibe model Airlink101 AR670W: http://techinfodepot.info/wiki/File:Airlink101_AR670W_board_top.jpg

What are the chances that the AR670W firmware works on my unbranded one? I tried to install it already (via the web interface), but it gives me an "Not a valid firmware" error. If I tried flashing via TFTP, would it work, or just brick me?

Very similar!? Only the Ralink chip is the same, everything else is different, this is not the case of having a rebranded board that is equal, this is a completely different board.

The chances are close to zero, I would say.
