bandwidth monitor with dhcp off

Is it possible to do bandwidth monitoring with dhcp off? dd-wrt/tomato seem to only show real time usage for devices on wifi but it still does not count usage. I must have DHCP off because I use 2 routers and hdhomerun prime for tv across all my devices.

Anyone can help me out?
