My Router is TP-Link TD-W8970 v1

I would Ask how I can Flash cFeon Q64-104HIP if there is no U-Boot !?

What Can I do ? please help

I read it with usb 232 converter + PuTTY
I got only this Line: y▒▒▒▒Su[▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒ysq▒▒▒▒▒
only power Led is ON , nothing else , there is no Lan when connect to pc
