I was able to setup NAS on a very old beta version.

I followed the steps on youtube and it does not work now.

But this release r28598 I can see the system in network shares and the folders that I shared.

But when I go to open them on Windows 10 it says folder not found or access denied.

The shared USB drive is formatted as Ext3 filesystem.

Has anyone got the NAS to work on their x86 or x64 version?

I would also like to share some SATA connected drives too if possible.

I was able to get it working. I had a folder specified that was not on the drive that caused my sharing issue.

So all I need to know now is how do I share spare IDE drive connected to motherboard IDE port or SATA Drives connected to the motherboard SATA ports?

Also do any USB 3.0 PCI-E cards work on DD-WRT?

I saw that but where do I put these commands. I tried the terminal it did not work.

This command caused an error when put in terminal

ls -la /dev/discs/

I would rather have a GUI method so I can have a visual of what I am doing.

set up a scp connection with WinSCP (use the ssh credentials, you have to enable ssh first in dd-wrt gui) and navigate to /dev/ide , what do you see there ?
