Hi,

I'd like to setup an own VPN with openVPN and thought about using one of my old routers.
I read a lot yesterday but I'm still not sure if I can use one of these routers, since they are not listed in the router-database nor could I find the information about the chips to decide if they are suiteable.

I have
-F@st 5360 from SAGEMCOM (with a BCM4360 Question )

-TWG870UG from Thomson (with a BCM3380 and BCM53115)

I appreciate any help and tips/links how to proceed, if one of these routers is suitable to flash.

Thanks

If it's not listed here https://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Supported_Devices it's not supported.

Those appears to be DSL and cable modem integrated routers. So that's a definite no. Smile

Yes, they are old routers from my internet providers.
OK, thanks for letting me know.
I'm going to buy one of the recommended routers on this website then.
