Usually if your ISP provides SIP, then they apply qos, if no sip, then usually there is no qos at all.
Regarding the httpd hang/crash whatever I need to know if it is reproducable with my build. I run several syntetic tests that can of course only analyze the code I compile and analyze my running build. Since BS includes other features the webif contains different parts of code that may still have issues.
But so far the only thing I can reproduce are some occasianal slow page loads.
The latest build 32960M has couple issues, can you release 32995 I can help test.

New Kong build r32960M issues:
- Services page broken
- Queueing Discipline stuck at SFQ (can't save with FQ_CODEL)
Whats wrong with services page?
It only loaded halfway and dark/black UI despite I'm using the default theme. Did try Private/incognito browsing and also clearing browser cache.
I did see no issue, but I have my browser cache disabled, BS also rolled back the time increase for the cache directive that is send to browsers.
Compiling new builds right now, that fix the qos setup issue
qos works, but now disabling it is broken. it doesnt turn off even though the gui displays its disabled, my test limit of 30mbps/5mbps is stuck on it & iptables -t mangle -vnL shows the usual qos entries when active. even a reboot does nothing.
