Make sure this is set in config: _setupWebIndex="index.html"
Stop Y3 and clean out /tmp/www
Bit me too.

it looks like I've have to add a check for `-t mangle` in setup.sh and/or set the default to 0

I will probably have to remove the existing symlinks as part of setup.sh as well.

I am newbie here. I installed the latest version of YAMon from http://usage-monitoring.com/download.php on TP-LINK WDR3600 with DD-WRT flashed, but I notice the data never loads on http://192.168.1.1/user/index.html . It only shows the current devices connected and router load. The data folder /opt/YAMon3/data/2017/01 contains these files with current timestamp
2017-01-01-mac_data.js
2017-01-25-hourly_data.js

This is a fresh install on YAMon.
I even tried various DD-WRT builds, but YAMon did not load data on any of the builds.

The logs do not show any errors as such.

Any help in regards to fixing the issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Thanks for your post - I had literally just registered an account to pose the same question/issue.

Mine is a fresh install on clean formatted thumb drive on a Netgear R6300 - I was having some problems with a particular device not being monitored properly on v3.19 so decided to just start afresh and ran into this problem - the monthly/users/settings, etc.. tabs are not present.

I have my YAMon directory in /opt/YAMon3/, drive is formatted and mounted correctly

Any help would be appreciated

No grief at all...without your hard work I wouldn't have ANY data at all!

/tmp/www:

data3 --> /opt/YAMon3/data/

I think I can replicate this issue now... will look into a solution when I get home later today.

thanks for your patience... it looks like the LocalStorage variable (which holds all of the report settings) is not getting updated correctly ?!?!

There is both a 'yamon3.2.html' file and a symlink for 'index.html' which links to '/opt/YAMon3/www/yamon3.2.html'

Thank you for looking into this.

Yes the symlinks exist including a JS folder. Here is the view:

lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 19 Jan 25 20:58 css -> /opt/YAMon3/www/css
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 17 Jan 25 20:58 data3 -> /opt/YAMon3/data/
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 22 Jan 25 20:58 images -> /opt/YAMon3/www/images
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 29 Jan 25 20:58 index.html -> /opt/YAMon3/www/yamon3.2.html
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 0 Jan 25 20:58 js

The JS folder contains these files:

lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 29 Jan 25 20:58 config3.js -> /opt/YAMon3/www/js/config3.js
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 7709 Jan 26 09:07 live_data3.js

Also when I start YAMon, I see these messages on screen:

./yamon3.2.0.sh: line 91: iptables -t mangle -I FORWARD -j YAMONv4: not found
./yamon3.2.0.sh: line 91: iptables -t mangle -I INPUT -j YAMONv4: not found
./yamon3.2.0.sh: line 91: iptables -t mangle -I OUTPUT -j YAMONv4: not found
./yamon3.2.0.sh: line 91: ftpput: not found
./yamon3.2.0.sh: line 91: ftpput: not found
./yamon3.2.0.sh: line 91: ftpput: not found

Definitely worth the donation, once I managed to get it working.

I changed the way that 3.2 creates the symlinks but did not update the readme until just a few minutes ago

To access the reports starting in 3.2, you now go to http://<router_ip>/user/index.html - e.g., http://192.168.1.1/user/index.html

NB - users upgrading from yamon3.1.x might still use http://192.168.1.1/user/yamon3.1.html until you update the value of `_setupWebIndex` in `config.file`. You might also want to delete any of the symlinks already created in /tmp/www.

Sorry for the confusion. Let me know if this helps.

If you are getting the `-t mangle` error messages - e.g.,
Code:

/opt/YAMon3/yamon3.2.0.sh: line 91: iptables -t mangle -I FORWARD -j YAMONv4: not found
/opt/YAMon3/yamon3.2.0.sh: line 91: iptables -t mangle -I INPUT -j YAMONv4: not found
/opt/YAMon3/yamon3.2.0.sh: line 91: iptables -t mangle -I OUTPUT -j YAMONv4: not found

open your config.file (in /opt/YAMon3) and set `_useTMangle`='0'

If you are getting `ftpput` error messages - e.g.,
Code:

/opt/YAMon3/yamon3.2.0.sh: line 91: ftpput: not found

open your config.file (in /opt/YAMon3) and set `_enable_ftp`='0'

save the changes you made to config.file

then run `/opt/YAMon3/restart.sh`

Let me know if this helps, or not. (please let it help... please let it help!)

Thanks!
