This is really odd. I think that it has something to do with the DHCP.
Wired, everything works fine. Everything gets an IPv4 address as it should. IPv6 is disabled. On WiFi, the Macs, iPhones, and Android phones work spot on. However, the Windows devices take a very long time to connect and then show something like the attached image. I've tried forgetting the network and reconnecting. The same issue affects Windows 7, 8.1 and 10. Again, Ethernet works fine.
