NETGEAR WNDR4500V2 messed up firmware

Noob here. Have a Netgear wndr4500v2. Flashed it with dd-wrt.v24-26138_NEWD-2_K3.x_mega-WNDR4500V2.chk and had it working fine. Upgrade to dd-wrt.v24-K3_AC.bin and now get just the flashing power led. May have messed it up by not waiting long enough. Can ping and attempting to tftp firmware to it, but the firmware is too big for tftp. Need a mini firmware that works with this router to flash it and get it working again. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
