Thanks for the reply. I'm new to dd-wrt, so I have another question. Will this put me back like factory so that I can be able to flash to dd-wrt again?
LOM is the best. He knows what he does and his work is always first rate, no question

Now, is there a dd-wrt version that will keep my wifi on/off button and show my port indicators?
I can live without those but it would be nice to have them.
And is the above version considered to be US or international?
Don't know about wifi on/off button and LEDs. Please search the forum for threads, esp. the "New Build" threads where people report both big and small problems.
The webrevert from LOM is not a regional or international version. It's an old firmware version without US, etc., tagging and restrictions. You should be good to go

it's worldwide=international=UN=EU
This has no effect on my TP-Link Archer C7 with DD-WRT v3.0-r29264 std (03/17/16). Neither the wi-fi on/off switch nor the WPS button after making the changes and saving, applying and even rebooting the router makes any difference. The wifi light is still on.

ignore the light. the function is working. usually the light is not turned off, but the radio is off if you enabled the function at services _________________ "So you tried to use the computer and it started smoking?
