Hi All,
Have two routers.
WNDR3800:
Latest ddwrt build from august.
Speedtest downlaod result: 42MBPS
Speedtest uplaod result: 4.1MBPS
WNDR3400v3:
with stock Netgear firmware.
Speedtest download result: 58MBPS
Speedtest uplaod result: 4.4MBPS
I used a same lan cable from my modem to the router and used 5G bands form the devices to perform a speedtest (ookla website). Distance 1m away no blocks in between for both. Only one router was ON during the test. same channels on both.
May I know what am i doing wrong? how to improve speed? which settings should I be tweaking in ddwrt to improve performance.
